I guess this can be considered a nightmare, although I believe that I was half awake when it happened. During the middle of the night, I woke in an alarmed state for some reason. Attempting to sit up and examine my surroundings, I found that I was unable to move. I could see every thing in my room, which was in my direct line of site, but couldn’t move an inch. I felt as if there was a huge weight on my body, as if the gravity of the earth had been multiplied numerous times. While this was happening, I must have noticed the light coming from my window and glanced at it. All of a sudden, a horrifying figure of a shadowy woman was flowing above me, coming from my window. I felt a sense of threat, and started to panic more in my immobile state, fearing that she would somehow harm me. Luckily after a few seconds my paralysis wore off, and as soon as it did, the night hag seemingly disappeared.
